Once postponed indefinitely, the Travis Scott x Nice Air Max 1 “Baroque Brown” is finally set to release on May 27th. First teased on Air Max Day 2021, La Flame’s first take on the original visible Air-cushioned silhouette was initially scheduled to drop in Autumn of last year, but the tragedy that was Astroworld Festival 2021 suspended the future of the Houston-native’s relationship with Nice, Inc. up in there air. Any new look at the “Baroque Brown/Lemon Drop”-covered pair, however, saw casual and savvy fans alike take to social media to express their excitement for Travis Scott’s Nices, regardless of any bad press associated with the 31-year-old. Akin to other “Cactus Jack” collaborations, the upcoming sneakers don functional updates and backwards swooshes, all culminating in a desert and trail-inspired Air Max offering.
